What kind of hat would look good with my fashion sense, or lack thereof?

I have a buzz cut, wear glasses, and have a big nose. And I typically always wear faded blue work jeans (Wranglers, typically), button down work shirt, a black or grey long sleeve button down shirt or a Carhartt henley shirt, maybe a black or tan original Carhartt chore jacket, and work boots. In other words, what I’d wear to work on our farm or doing construction work. Now, I think it looks fine, but I’m looking for a type of hat to wear. Sometimes I wear a flat cap, but I think those make me look a little weird, and I don’t look great in a baseball cap. If I was back home, I’d wear my cowboy hat, but now I’m up in the northeast, I think it’d look kind of weird. Any suggestions on another type of hat I can wear that’ll look good?
