So I recently started going out with my crush and we’ve been on two dates. After the first one, he texted me saying he wanted to ask me if he could kiss me but got nervous and decided not to. And he brought this up a handful of times over text after our first date, and sent pretty bold messages too. But on the second date, he again made no advances and the date concluded with me giving him a peck on the cheek.
Granted he had some work to get to and was running very very late, he still could have reciprocated the peck?
Was I overstepping or does it seem like he’s not into me anymore?

He’s probably just shy! I was like that in my first relationship and would text her the wildest things I would do to her on text and be very shy to even hug her in person! Why not take the initiative yourself and see how it pans out?
