I used to work for NHS Shared Business Services as a data analyst. If you worked for one of the 100 or so trusts we provided services for and your pay was ever wrong for any reason, there’s a good chance I’ve produced a report with your name in it. I promise the mistake wasn’t mine, though!
So everyone so far has said some form of pen pushing, and nobody has said front line care staff….
