The guy that I slept with (refer to my previous post on my profile) and I are supposed to be going on a date for drinks tonight. We last spoke on Tuesday, which my last message stated “we can talk on Wednesday about the time and whereabouts for Thursday” and he still hasn’t read it but has been online since. Not sure whether I should wait it out or message him asking him if we are still on for the night. It is not absolutely crucial that we see each other as I don’t yet have feelings for him in that way. But those feelings could become stronger should we start chatting/ going out more. Thoughts?

since you dont have feelings then just wait for him to respond. double texting should be avoided.
