I’m dating a guy and there are conflicts between our love languages. He’s all about touch and words. I’m not. I stumbled across his profile on a dating app and a prompt was, ‘what’s your ideal date?’ He said, ‘holding your hands and gazing in your beautiful eyes.’
To me, that’s cringe. Anyone else? Psychoanalyze me?

Definitely cringe. There’s nothing wrong with him being into those love languages but he needs to find a non-cliched way to express himself.
