My boyfriend playfully warned me that his friend/roommate (let’s call him J) was going to talk to me a lot and ask me a lot of questions prior to meeting J. Apparently J does this to any of the new girlfriends of my boyfriend’s friend group. When I did meet J, he only asked me one question and kind of avoided me for the rest of the night. Why would my boyfriend say J was gonna talk to me a lot and ask me a lot of questions, but J didn’t? I know I’m a fairly reserved, introverted and shy person, so did my personality play a part in J being like that?
