That’s not a thing…
Wearing layers while it’s hot and you’re active is terrible.
I dont, I get too self conscious.
The extra airflow would be nice though.
I have never in my life seen someone wear their sports bra over their shirt.
Wait, do you mean literally a t-shirt with a sports bra over it? Or are you asking if we prefer a sports bra OR a t-shirt?
Because having two clothing items that are sweaty is less good than one, and you can’t just wear a t-shirt when sportsing.
Look, I might have phrased my question wrong. I was asking why do you prefer wearing sports bra **instead of** T Shirt when doing sports.
I don’t do sports but at the gym I’ll sometimes take off my shirt if I’m sweating a lot or getting too stuffy
If it’s hot out, for sure just a sports bra. If it’s cold, a thin jacket with a long sleeve dry fit shirt
You answered it yourself. Sports are warm, wearing just a bra cools you down versus wearing a t shirt on top of a sports bra and is more pleasant for a lot of sports (weather depending).
It’s no different that men wearing a tshirt or not. But we’re not wearing sports bras instead of shirts. It’s bra+shirt or bra only.
Same reasons men go shirtless I suppose, too hot or chafing. Why do you ask?
