Please excuse this post, I’m having a hard time right now, as I’m getting out of a difficult family situation where I was verbally abused.
I recently met a guy, and even though I am in a lot of fucking pain, I still consistently show up for him, as he does for me.
Yesterday he told me my messages make him feel so special, and he will always cherish them.
He doesn’t push for sex, or anything like that. He’s been genuinely supportive and consistent.
But I have to ask if his statement is a sign that he’s developing feelings. I’ve never, *ever* had a guy say that to me.

It’s definitely suggestive that he has feelings but nobody’s a mind reader. You gotta talk to him about it first. Have a conversation about where the relationship could go from here.
