What was something you did by going out of your comfort zone?

  1. Learned how to snowboard. It was borderline terrifying at first and I’m comfortable on skis.

Day after I turned 47 was my first day on the hill, I went 25 times this season.

  2. I went to discuss with a girls multiple time, never succeeded into a friendly relationship but im not letting myself down

  3. Becoming a stay at home dad. I didn’t know what I was doing and I had a great career. But it’s been an amazing experience that I would never trade.

  4. Flew to Nepal and walked to Everest Basecamp over two weeks. Had no prior experience in that kind of terrain. Took me just over 10 days of walking to get there. Felt like I was dying towards the end due to altitude and how dry and dusty the air is. One of the hardest things I’ve done both physically and mentally but was 100% worth it.

  5. Posting my writing online, under my real name. Nothing’s really come of it yet and I haven’t been able to be as consistent as I’d like to be due to being out of practice, but it’s been super fun!
