I (M31) have a tenancy to wake up my fiance (F28) around 3 am some nights. I’m not even fully conscious when it happens. I’m just horny and end up trying to touch her. Then she wakes up and has a hard time going back to sleep. We both end up feeling tired the next day.

Any suggestions on how to reduce the urge for sex in the middle of the night? Should we just religiously have sex right before sleeping each night? Should I eat or avoid eating any foods before sleeping? Do I need some kind of sleep aid to stay asleep at night?

  1. Make it a point to have an Orgasm not too long before going to sleep. That helps me anyway, whether its from sex and self induced it’s a bonus.
