So I asked out a girl from my Econ class last semester. She said “she not over her ex”. I said “ alright have a good rest of your day”. I know this was a soft no. She missed the last two classes of that semester. Funny how that happened after I asked her out. Maybe she was avoiding me idk. Now this semester we’re both in ag-Econ together. We’ve both seen each other. She was looking at me quite a bit. Should I say “hello” or let it be. It’s kind of awkward right now. Plz help

A smile and a wave is fine. If you’re nearby say hi. Let her make the big moves like starting up a Convo. Or, if you’re talking again let her start up any talk about the ex. Worst case you could ask ‘how are things with the ex’. See what she says.
