We’ve all heard the stereotype/joke about the guy getting so nervous about it that he blows within 30 seconds.

But from my (30M) personal experience, it’s the opposite. The more I worry about the issue, the longer I take to cum – leading to inconvenient situtations such as my GF going-down for 20+ minutes without results, til I feel bad and volunteer to finish manually.

My hypothesis is that anxiety simply amplifies whatever issue you have to begin with. In my case, the default problem is taking too long, which is consistent with this framework.

So, what is YOUR experience with anxiety and time taken til cumming? Curious to hear from both guys and girls.

  1. I believe there are a lot of women out there who find it hard to cum when in the presence of a sexual partner and I do believe anxiety, nerves, stress and stigma that surround it are the culprit.

Sometimes even I have trouble even though I usually don’t. Depends on what’s going on with me at the time.

  2. Impossible to cum if you’re dick and minds not connected. I had the same thing earlier, she had a great time though (x3) I ended up giving up was exhausted

  3. It has been a long time but I was the same. Hard to find it enjoyable if you are anxious. On the other hand, excited is what gets you to blow I think. Even if you are anxious as well.

  4. I am a high anxiety person and take medication that often increases it so I experience anxiety a lot during sex. Most of the time it leads to fast finishes but very very rarely has it resulted in a marathon beyond what is considered pleasurable to my partners.

  5. It’s always a win if you rock a woman’s world either way, I guarantee her friends will start flirting with you
