1. It varies for every stage of making out. My preference is to keep it in the space between where the mouths meet in the earlier stages, till things heat up. Tongues are erogenous zones so you basically just use them to stimulate each other. Dont do routines, go on instinct. Lick tongues, lick lips, dont lick teeth or tonsils.
