New job has me using my hands a lot in a cold place so they are starting to dry out and develop sores

  1. O’Keefe’s Working Hands. Comes in a green disk about the size of a hockey puck. No perfumes, doesn’t feel greasy, and works really well.

  2. My current favourite is CeraVe Therapeutic Hand Cream.

Goes on greasy, then just when you’re starting to think “Damn I’m going to have to wipe off the excess after all” suddenly it’s gone, feels like nothing.

No scent or maybe a very very subtle medicinal scent. Inoffensive and really effective.

  3. Diet changes seem to help a lot. That was a problem for me when I was fat and had a high A1C blood test. Next up after the hand sores is diabetic foot sores, same thing different extremity. Eat more fat, less carbs, or get used to it getting worse.

  4. None, i hate all hand lotions. Every single one leaves my hands feeling greasy and stick after use.
