    40g oats

    10g maple syrup

    16g organic peanut butter (not that sugar stuff)

    30g protein powder

    120g berries

    Mix with water till porrege texture.

    36g Protein, 42g carbs, 11g fat, 450 calories.

    Can be made in bulk and frozen for meal prep.

  2. Beef jerky, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, fruit, the darkest/bitterest real dark chocolate I can find.

  3. Hersheys cookies and cream bars. You’d be surprised how hard it is to get American chocolate in Europe
