Just savings. Not retirement or investments but the savings account. Age helps for general context.

When I was husband hunting I knew I’d have some trouble finding a guy due to me not being willing to do anything sexual before marriage, even making out was off limits. 95 percent of guys I went on first dates with we weren’t compatible in our values and what we were looking for, the few that did have the same values I just didn’t emotionally connect with, there was one guy but he didn’t have high earning aspirations, then I met my husband who perfectly fit everything I was looking for except for his age. I overlooked the age difference because he has always been great to me.
I found more success in dating in real life. I’m only 18 so my opinion might not matter too much, but I had a very rough time with online dating and it’s just not for me. I changed the way I run my part of the relationship and started being more open with my opinions and what I thought was okay. I set boundaries and I never set in the past. I spoke up for myself. I’m in a healthy relationship now and are able to talk about each other’s feelings and opinions.
