Well… they’re hard boiled eggs that taste like Dill pickle (tho it depends on what pickling spices are used – the ones I’ve had always use Dill pickle brine.)
If you like pickles, and if you like hardboiled eggs, you will like pickled eggs.
More like egg than pickle, but both flavors are there. If you have a hard boiled egg and some pickles available, try spooning a little of the brine over the egg and taking a bite. If that flavor appeals to you, you might enjoy the real thing.
You gotta head down to your closest legion bar and find out pal.

No the question you need to ask – what does your backend smells like when those pickled eggs come out
Only then will you know if it was worth it.
Mostly vinegar, but I like em.
About what you’d think (like pickle and eggs)? Find a store that has Polish & eastern European food, they’ll have them for sure.
The best ones are spicy. Throw your peeled, hard boiled eggs into a large glass container with the brine from a large jar of pickled cascabella chilis, then fill the rest of the way with white vinegar. Chop an onion into it, add a pack of Lil Smokies, and let it marinate on the counter for a week. Pretty good if you throw some cauliflower and carrot chips in as well.
