i look at everyone in the group when i talk, i go out of my way to talk to everyone, be nice to everyone, be polite, but in the end its the one with confidence and high self worth that ends up getting included. anyone else the same as me?

  1. Thats normal. Bec of your Situation and self experience you have more empathie towards stuff like that.

    Confidence is simply very attractive and you wont have it hard to include yourself in groups.

    You may talk to everyone but if you dont imprint a lasting impression youre not as favoured as someone with high confidence people look up to.

  2. Not everyone is worth your time and effort. I was a people pleaser for a really long time (I think I still am but I’ve improved a lot). Now even though I have the ability to make sure everyone feel welcome, I also stick to my group – my closest circle (it could be just your boyfriend or one best friend). If the others never invite me to their wedding or party or whatever, I couldn’t care less. Less expectations. Less problems.
