To preface this, I am 20F and he’s 20M and I just started a new job a month ago, and these last two weeks I’ve grown a little crush for a guy that works near me.
Anyways I keep catching him staring at me and we’ll make prolonged eye contact, and then I’ll look away because I get nervous, and then nothing comes of it. It’s kind of hard to make conversation with him, because there’s never really a chance to at work, but I thought about asking for his number socials, and I’m not sure a good way to approach it so that I’m not coming off as weird.
I also want to preface this by saying that he works at a stand close to my store, and there’s only ever boys working. Not only is rejection scary, but so is approaching a group of boys and asking one for his number, and then having to go back to work your shift.
I digress, just hoping somebody can give me some advice or pointers on a good way to approach the situation, because he’s really cute and I’d like to talk to him more, but I have ✨social anxietyyyyy✨

Give him your number and tell him to give you a call . Sometimes being direct might help .
I’d say just go ahead and try asking. That’s how I met my current partner and how we started talking.
