What made you stop drinking something with sugar?

  1. I stopped buying soda and replaced it with sparkling waters. Turns out, it’s the carbonation that scratches the itch for me.

  2. Reading about how much sugar affects your body and mood. I could feel the difference in my energy levels and mood throughout the day whenever drinking something with heavy sugar.

    I also started looking into how many products like milk or bread already have a ton of sugar in them. It really added up.

  3. I really wanted to lose weight and could feel the difference between drinking the occasional soda vs. water. In general, I don’t really think I drink alot with sugar or otherwise, and didn’t notice how dehydrated I really am until maybe a month or so ago
