Only if it went beyond what they’re comfortable with, and the only way of knowing this is by asking or observing the other person.
When in doubt just ask. Everyone appreciates when someone respects their boundaries by confirming with them.
Generally, this kind of thing is completely normal and expected. But they may not reciprocate due to not mixing personal and work, etc. Again the only way to know is to ask.
