I’m trying to cut back on work trips, but still have quite a few planned this year.

Hotel life is no fun when you have a family.

Apart from your family, what do you miss the most when you’re gone for work?

  2. High speed internet. Let’s face it, the wifi in hotels doesn’t compare to fiber at home.

  3. My own toilet. I work on ships, and let’s just say that sometimes the head facilities are less than I’d like.

  4. My own bed. I do 12-15 trips a year to my company HQ. I’ve protested heavily about traveling and just to use Teams to dial in, but the CEO wants people in the room to watch him masturbating over company successes in person.

I do like traveling for holiday though.

But I always miss my own bed.
