I have really bad anxiety and it stops me from talking to people. How can I push that aside and start talking to people to make some friends?

  1. you have to first discover what’s making you feel anxious when you’re around people. What is going through your mind when your feeling anxious. Why are you feeling anxious? You need to elaborate more.

    a small tip to hold you over is knowing that EVERYONE else in anxious as well. It’s not just you.

    People have such short term memory that they will forget about you in 10 seconds if you’re dealing with strangers.

    what is it that you’re into? I’m sure there is a community of like-minded people that you may find easier to befriend.
