Couples therapy
Anything is possible but it takes two to tango. If the other person doesnt want to, cant do anything about it.
Idk. I’m trying to figure this out myself atm. I suppose therapy/counseling would be a good start. But even then idk if it is salvageable if both parties are not interested and committed to making it happen.
There are some really good hints from life coaches online videos. Some really bad ones too. But you can Google them, listen to them, and see what you think
The only concrete issue I can comment on is this:
Probably won’t work unless both parties can change behaviors in re whatever it was that broke them up
