First do you really have social anxiety or just not confident in your conversation skills?
If it’s true social anxiety then it’s about management and gradual exposure. You never 100% get over it as we wish would happen.
not over my social anxiety, but the answer is just talking to many many many people.
start accepting that people don’t really care much abt how they perceive you. most people are having similar thoughts, or insecurities abt themselves that you may be having. this realization helps too. basically, we our most judgemental towards ourselves compared to others. when u stop judging yourself, you let go of how others may judge you. this skill or ability takes alot of time to develop too.
