I’m not sure if this is the right subreddit to be asking but I thought I’d give it a shot. Me and my boyfriend, both 20 yrs old, have sex regularly. The problem is I’ve had recurring vaginal infections since November and I suspect that I haven’t gotten properly rid of it.
He usually comes inside me because I have an IUD, but even if he doesn’t, when he pulls out there is always a strange cottage cheese-like consistency that comes out of my vagina. It doesn’t have a smell and I don’t itch like I used to. I’ve tried just about everything, I keep hydrated and wash myself religiously. He suggested it could be his dried cum inside me but I don’t know if that’s even possible. I’m pretty certain it’s a yeast infection but I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. Any advice welcome.

It could be normal, lots of women have white discharge during sex, but it could also be a sign of infection. You should consult a doctor.
Sidenote: also do not use soap to clean your vagina. Only water and washcloth is needed for your vulva and inner labia. But yea, do otc yeast infection treatment.
