Go shopping. There are a lot of toys that can do the trick. You just need to find something you want to try. Vibrating cock rings with a remote, butterflys that strap around your waist. etc

Get a Magic Wand by Hitachi or the Satisfyer pro. Both are easily held, reasonably inexpensive, and highly effective.
