I’ve ran into two problems that I would like help with:

\-Lack of ability to lead and talk about a particular subject

\-Lack of ability to open a conversation

Could someone help me with this ?

  1. For the first one will depend if youre talking with one person or many. If its 1 person I find that when I listen to what people when theyre talking to me theyll do the same once its my turn, and in the case where its many people youll have to raise your voice and not stop saying your point of view because everyone might want to say theres. For the seconds point start it any way you want, for example what do you think about[subject]. Wanna talk about [subject]. Honestly i want to talk about [subject]. Alright to change to subject a little heres what i think about[subject]. hope this helps
