  1. Simply, listen.

    No unwarranted advice or “know it all” attitude, no trying to force solutions, not #staypositive “someone’s having a worse day than you” type BS.

    Just listen. Or we do something together that’s fun and takes your mind off things.

  2. Just be with me. Keep me company, play games and stream them so I can watch, chat about silly things.

  3. They honestly don’t have to do much. Try to keep my environment stress free. Respect my diet. Get me out of the house and doing something fun like maybe take a walk or something.
