Doggy is the most submissive position which makes you feel more dominant and in control. Try enlisting verbal queues as a way to feel more dominant in other positions. You also have to look at your wife in the other positions which can make you feel self conscious especially with the porn masturbation in the back of your mind. Are you able to orgasm watching other positions in porn? If you can you are also able to with your wife. It will just take some mental retraining.
