Given todays equality struggle the UN Secretary General has mentioned that it may take 300 years for women to achieve equality. With this in mind, what’s your message for the women from 300 years in the future?

Just worry if he isn’t looking at you.

If his eyes linger too long on another woman to the point it doesn’t feel right and he does a little up and down over the woman with his eyes

Does it matter? It used to make me so jealous and annoyed when I was younger. Now I’ve realised that we all look, to some extent. He’s with you for a reason. If he wants to look, don’t let it get you down or worry you. If he’s being obvious/creepy, have a quiet word when you get home.
To answer the question though (sorry), he’ll probably go quiet for a little bit. Maybe check where you’re looking and, if he feels like you’re looking the other way/won’t notice, he’ll follow her with his eyes and swivel his head slowly so as not to draw attention (if he’s discreet).
Because I see him checking out other women.
Looking is pretty innocuous. As long as he’s just looking, I don’t have a problem with it, and he consequently doesn’t feel the need to hide it from me.
I do not really care and tell him teasingly ” hey you remember to behave ok?”. We are together for 11 yrs tho, things are different when you are younger/just got together
I was talking with a lesbian colleague once and we were discussing how there’s a thin line between looking and leering, everybody looks which is natural but to linger toolong and it becomes a leer which makes women and men uncomfortable.
