Am I responsible for telling people that message me who were creepy, using offensive words/terms, using red flag phrases, using what seems to be manipulation tactics, etc etc, that these things are bad?
For example, say someone on an app messaged me and I responded, then they said something that made me feel uncomfortable, am I responsible for telling them the mistake they made?
And if so, how much detail is required?
I have ASD and ADHD so tend to not understand a lot of social rules.

Maybe. It may be you misunderstood what was written. You can always ask for clarification. There is nothing wrong asking if you do not understand something.
