Since I’m not American and not even from a country who speaks English, I don’t know that to say at some situations… I’m living in US now, and I’m seeing a guy for a while, I guess I don’t love him, but it’s not like I just like him, I live him a lot! And I wanna say it.. “I really like you” it’s a good idea?

“I really like you” is good, but it’s missing context. “I really like you and I want to be your friend.” “I really like you and I want to be your partner.” “I really like you and I want to be exclusive.”
