I sttuter a lot when making my points, but i do speak in groups and sometimes i get voted for the leadership. The problem is when giving orders or correcting someone’s work im too soft and ended up overworking for their part. Any tips, blogs, books or videos recomendations?

Nothing commands respect like the use of silence and slowing down your speech. Take 1-3 seconds between sentences and slow your speaking by 60-80 percent. It’ll be really unfortunate for you at first, but that’s a good start.

Eliminate and’s, um’s, or but’s as filler words. Whenever you feel the need to use one, replace it with 1-2 seconds of intentional silence.

Without hearing you I can’t give you any other advice, but those are the common mistakes.
