You know the rare occasions where you’re operating at maximum wit and social flare and there’s no anxiety or self-doubt getting in the way?

Besides from liquid confidence (which I don’t want to rely on) what are some tips that help you enter that zone?

I find that getting enough sleep, meditation etc can help but ultimately I don’t seem to have much control over it – some days are just a lot better than others.

  1. For me it’s very very rare but I get into a IDC state whatever comes out that gonna be it no shackles or thought in it just doing 🤷
