I matched with someone on hinge a week or so ago and we seemed to have a nice talk so I asked for the snap.
I got her snap and we continued texting then it went dry and we are just sending like face snaps with no messages a couple times a day.
Have I missed my chance to ask to meet up? Or how do I like get back to having a proper conversation from nothing

I think you need to stop with the face snaps and start messaging her. If you don’t know how to start the convo, take a snap of something you’re doing in your day with a comment and question. See if she responds and go from there.
Was only a week ago, try to communicate better if you like her, like an adult, honestly.
