Do I need to panic or get anxious because I bled?

Hi. I had sex with my ldr bf yesterday, and he tried to insert his dck w/ condom for the second time and I bled quite a lot 😭 is it normal? How long before the bleeding stops? I already washed but still quite bleeding.
