The title says it all. I feel like the taste keeps lingering and it’s upsetting my stomach and idk if there is anything I can do to help it. I gargled mouth wash, so could the taste be in my head? I just don’t want to think about it anymore, I wanna forget about it. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

  1. Mouthwash works for me. Maybe you could drink some ginger ale or something afterward. Try not swallowing and see if there’s any difference in how your stomach feels.

  2. This happens to me too when I swallow on an empty stomach. Sometimes if it’s a lot, even if I eat something beforehand it starts to upset my stomach.. I learned that eating solids helps with that, at least for me it does!
