I need some suggestions, I am a brown guy looking to ask a British lady for a dinner. We work for the same company but in different departments so I don’t see her very often. This girl is an amazing person, polite, friendly, kind, hardworking , ambitious and the list goes on. I am not sure if I have a chance or no but I would like to give it a try rather than regret thinking that I should have gave a shot at least. So If you guys have any suggestions on what people in UK do or talk or what way I should approach to it.

Speak English and drink a lot of tea while making witty jokes. Works 100 % of the time in GB
Not sure how being POC has to be something here. You saying she’s British is because she’s white? What’s exactly the problem unless you know for sure she’s a racist and I bet if she was you didn’t want to date her.
Also, try after hours drinks as a group, get to know her. Don’t ask for a date to someone you work with unless you are sure she’s interested.
