Mostly northern African countries, Egypt, Morocco, and I guess technically Algeria, but it was a boat stop more than anything.
never been to an African country
Kenya, Tanzania and Ethiopia. I’m planning a Djibouti, Ethiopia, Uganda and Rwanda trip as well.
South Africa and Egypt
The only place in Africa that I’ve been to is Morocco.

South Africa. My friend go to go to Angola, my parents have been to Egypt.
Ghana, Nigeria, & Somalia.
None, but I’d like to visit the Spanish enclaves at one point. Lagos looks like a fun time.
Somalia was a blast in ‘93.
Also Nairobi Kenya in ‘98, and just for fun Zanzibar in 2018.
Morocco, but it was just a day trip when I visited Spain.
I’ve been to Morocco. That’s pretty much it.
Kenya, that’s about it.
I’ve been to Eritrea. My moms side of the family is from there so it was really cool
Ethiopia, Egypt, South Africa, Morocco, Senegal, Liberia. This was between 1983-1995, I was in The US Navy. I wasn’t a tourist.
I just got finished with a interview a program in Uganda. So maybe there.
None.
I’ve been to South Africa and Egypt once each.
Would also like to visit Morocco, Tunisia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles, Namibia, and Botswana.
South Africa. Specifically the Western Cape and KNP area.
Morocco! Loved it there. Amazing tea. Super cool culture. Marrakech is a lot like Albaquerque.
I’ve been to South Africa a few times, and Botswana and Namibia. I was planning a trip to Ghana, but the pandemic made me put it back on the “eventually” list.
I’d love to see more of the continent, but don’t have the money or the time at the moment.
Egypt, United Arab Emirates and South Africa
Ghana in 2015
Liberia, Sierra Leone, Cote d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Morocco.
I’m likely the only person I know or will likely ever meet to have played softball in Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso.
Kenya
South Africa, Morocco and Tunisia.
None.
Tunisia and Egypt.
Just Egypt
Djibouti for 7 months thanks to a military deployment.
South Africa, Namibia, and Tanzania. Technically crossed the river into Angola while fishing but doesn’t really count.
None myself.
I’m from a conservative Christian denomination that strongly believes in missionary work.
So, I have quite an extensive family who have visited, worked in, or grown up in various African nations.
None yet, but trying to weasel my way into a work trip to Ghana at the end of this year.
