Straight men on Grindr, what’s going on?

  1. Looking for validation, like women do on every other social media that has ever existed.

  2. Speaking as a gay man on Grindr, basically 4 possibilities:

    1. They’re not straight
    2. Someone else is using their pictures
    3. Selling drugs
    4. Gay for pay sex worker

  3. They’re not straight.

They’re just Bi dudes who don’t wanna come out of the closet because society tells them if they do they’re gay.

Also their insurance premiums will go up.

  4. That’s why all the monkeybox communications were “men having sex with men” and not “gay” because there’s a whole lot of men in denial who really want to fuck other guys.

  5. It may be that: they’re curious; they’re closeted; they’re aware that the gays do indeed suck dick with skill and gusto.

  6. Are we talking about the “straight” guy that secretly wats big dicks and be slutted out OR the other “$traight” that’s wants head because his wife won’t and can’t won’t let him fuck her deep with a hot deep creampie? I don’t think I’m turning anything, I’m just getting what his wife/gf can’t take. This needs to be said in another thread, that’s my take!

  7. Either they’re not as straight as they think they are or they are just trying to get some attention that they aren’t getting from women.

Never been on Grindr, but I’ve been to gay bars (well, just 2). And it’s kinda cool to actually have people look at me like I’m attractive. I feel invisible around women.

  8. I *was* that straight guy, and I strategically played that angle until I found an absolute smokeshow to be my first gay fuck buddy.

And truthfully, next time I visit another city, I will probably resume my old straight alter ego to fulfill some other gay person’s fantasy of ‘turning’ a curious str8 guy.
