  1. Started going to the gym, getting a new haircut and wearing more stylish clothing. My anxiety definitely stemmed from the fact that I didn’t think I looked good and was scared to come off as a weirdo.

    When I started doing the things listed above, I definitely improved my looks and felt more confident in my own skin because of that. It gave me the confidence to talk to anyone without feeling like I’d come off as a creep because I could genuinely say I look good in the mirror.

    1. Use wikihow to learn social skills.
    2. Go to therapy for social anxiety, and consider medication.
    3. Use gradual exposure to teach your anxiety that there is no danger.
    4. You may never be an extrovert, but maybe you will be an introvert with only a little bit of social anxiety, and with the kind of social life you want.
