I have one of these units in my flat that I recently moved to.
I was unsure that the unit was working as expected as I could not tell if air was getting extracted from the Kitchen and Bathroom.
I came up with a cunning idea to test this but it has backfired. I moved the system to Boost and ripped up a small piece of paper (approx 2/3cm length by 1cm wide) which when moved to the air duct it accidentally got sucked up.
I wanted to know whether this will damage the unit? Will this just remain stuck in the pipes or will it eventually be blown out?
Any info on this would be great.

What did the manufacturer say when you contacted them about it?
It might get stuck in the filter. If the unit is specific to your flat then you should have access to it to change the filters.
Stuck in the filters/Taken out via the extract – Wouldn’t worry.
I’ve worked on these (Silavent specifically). It’ll be fine.
