I’ve heard sorry is the hardest word. I’ve had a harder life than most illnesses, family background mainly, but also am or at least was bright enough to be accepted into mensa many years ago.

I found that saying thank you gets harder as I ‘under-achieve’ and grow older and my hair and teeth fall out. Sorry only gets easier, regret can be a powerful thing.
