You have been almost unbelievably insensitive. Apologise sincerely and acknowledge that she has no obligation to forgive. Accept her decision and don’t hurt anyone else like this.
buy her a bar of diabetic chocolate, put a piece of heart shaped red postit with “im sorry :(“ on it
probably will work
I don’t have that much advice except make sure you apologize for what you said “I’m sorry that I said x, etc” rather than implying you only regret it because she was upset about it or stressed (so Don’t say “I’m sorry you feel hurt”)
Just have some thick skin and apologize to them at your next opportunity. Must be now. If you wait, then it will be meaningless. You need thick skin because your friend will use this brief period of vulnerability to lash out and attack you in retaliation and you need to navigate this apology by not arguing with them, you just have to take it.
Genuinely curious… how did you “accidentally” call someone chubby?
tell her you meant to say those curves are kickin. Makes it sound sexy and womanly instead of like a chubby 12 yo that hasn’t lost their chonk yet.
