How do you manage to show gratitude for small things people close to you do for you when you are feeling depressed, anxious and lost on the inside?

  1. You dont feel anything. You just play your role, make sure noone notices and plan your exit once your kids are grown up enough.

  2. I usually send them a chat or message after explaining that I’m really appreciative but wasn’t able to express because of what I’m feeling or going through.
