Are looks or confidence more important for attracting women?

I’m likely to get mixed responses based on personal experiences. But it seems like people are different and are as likely to prefer one as the other. Btw, it’s technically not shallow to be attracted to physical appearance because otherwise guys would be shallow for doing the same.
