Alright long story short, we used to exchange glances, we spoke, she smiled a lot, we connected.. We exchanged numbers and kept talking for weeks..
Her responses became a little colder and I stopped messaging her.. Then I got back to it and she responded she doesn’t want to lead me on and has no time to for a relationship
I responded days later expressing that I have no intention to be friends and was only speaking to her in order pursue a serious relationship and not interested in being friends.. Also said that if she isn’t interested in that whether now or years down the line, she should delete my number and that I would completely understand if she did..
She said she appreciates me telling me this, and that she is busy and just needs time.. And that she won’t delete me…

I don’t know one time where this has turned into a solid relationship. Usually, she’s testing the waters on another man. Or she’s not interested and planning her escape plan. Sometimes this is a precursor to being friend zone.
Take it as a sign of dis interest and move on. Don’t let her come back into your life.
