How did you manage to get your life back together when you were going through a rough time?

  1. I waited three months for the court to finally give me back my property after throwing me out in the cold.

  2. I watched comedy specials to get me in a good/happy mood and try to keep that mood all day

  3. Pick a new positive habit for yourself. Go do something you want to do for yourself and don’t let anyone get in your way or make you feel bad for doing it.

  4. I’m just too strong my father died at young age I lived through 4 wars got severe depression and PTSD yet I’m still standing like mountains

    I guess the reason I got people counting on me can’t show them how weak Iam so i just pretend I’m strong

  5. I keep my mind busy. Even when instrusive thoughts still running through my skull but it seems to be less when I’m working or keeping active

  6. I did not listen to the “life is hard, you should see a therapist to process it” morons. That’s because yes life is hard and no a solution to that is not to cry with a therapist

  7. I know this will get looked down but video games helped me escape reality. No they did not take over my life but it help me get through some shit.

  8. Idk something just clicked in me and now I am finally trying to do stuff to get myself together
