So I’ve been texting a girl on Facebook for 3 months and we finally met up in person the last two weeks and hung out twice. When we were texting it was so great, we would talk for hours and have great conversation.
Each time we hang out the energy is so strange between us. She seems awkward and uncomfortable. Carrying a conversation feels forced or strange. I feel like she wants to get the date over with quickly.
Why could this be happening?

Being in person can be more intimidating, and it’s normal to feel nervous or self-conscious in these situations. This can affect the energy between you and the other person.
I’m wondering if she may suffer from social anxiety…
